BAM FM is recruiting a Facilities Administrator for a 6 month fixed term contract on the West Dunbartonshire Schools contract, working 18 hours per week. 

About the role
The Facilities Administrator will provide administration support to the West Dunbartonshire Facilities Team.
You will focus on:
• File management, electronic and hard copy
• Maintaining accident monitoring and logging.
• Typing and photocopying.
• Taking telephone calls for the Facilities Management Team
• Management of PPM system including record retention and filing.
• Raising and processing of purchase orders and maintaining a database of all FM correspondence.
• Data processing, meter readings community lets, timesheets, RDS sheets.
• Dealing with sub contractors.
• Dealing with correspondence and responding to general enquiries.
• Managing movements, diaries and travel.
• Organising meeting rooms and catering.
• Chasing internal reports and requests for info.
• Attending meetings, preparing minutes and chasing up action points assigned to estates department.
• Collation of contract performance and financial monthly reports.
• Work with other members of the FM team in the best interests of the company.
• Other office duties as role evolves.
