BAM Construct UK are recruiting a Framework Manager to join the National Frameworks team, based in Leeds.

About the role
Key responsibilities of this role include:   
• Carry out all Framework Management duties detailed in Framework Agreements and ensure contractual, commercial and legal compliance across the framework and all projects delivered within it.
• Carry out Framework mobilisation at the beginning of new Frameworks as required.
• Contribute to Framework working groups and framework development internally and externally as required
• Manage the internal project/tender selection process and ensure the minimum framework bid requirements are met/exceeded.
• Manage the flow of client information, contribute to the content of tenders and carry out bid reviews to ensure high quality and winning bid submissions. Acquire market, competitor and supply chain intelligence to develop winning bid strategies that exceed customer expectations.
• Prepare for and attend client and supply chain meetings. Ensure these meetings are formalised, recorded and actions followed up.
• Contribute to and when required present Governance Papers for Tender Settlement and the Stage Gate System as required by the Framework Director and Commercial Team.
• Carry out and document a lessons learnt exercise following each framework / call-off bid. 
• Speak at and represent BAM at relevant conferences with support from the marketing and communications team.
• Ensure the timely collection and analysis of client reports, Management Information and Framework KPIs and take corrective action as required to maintain excellent performance. 
• Meet with Regional Directors and Regional Leads on a monthly basis to discuss pipeline targets, resource plans and any operational project issues
• Provide monthly internal framework performance reports.    
• Maintain files and documents library to support bids, project documents, presentations, marketing materials and project data sheets. 
• Develop Framework networks and positively promote BAM Framework profile and maintain excellent relationships with BAM teams, Clients, Framework partners and other key stakeholders.
• Supporting the identification and creation of new ideas and opportunities to work with other operating companies within Royal BAM Group where appropriate, e.g. BAM International, BAM Nuttall, BAM PPP
• Work with the Frameworks Director and in collaboration with the business to develop best practice.
• Support the development and positive team ethos within the Frameworks Team

Who are we looking for?
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role
• A professional qualification would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
