Premises Officer (1536)

At BAM FM customer service is at the heart of what we do.

BAM FM is recruiting for an Premises Officer to join the FM team in Catterick. This role is Monday to Friday, 8-5pm.

About the role
General Multi-skilled Tasks to include:
• Carrying out daily/monthly/annual PPMs tasks
• Electrical (general)
• Logging reactive tasks using PDA
• Problem solving / work on their own
• Full clean driving licence
• H&S competency
Training to include:
• Working at height/IPAF – preferable
• CAFM Systems
• Be suitably proficient in order to undertake statutory inspections.
• Required to assist where necessary in maintenance work carried out at the premises and to liaise with contractors as necessary.
Aspects of your job role will include the following:
Building maintenance and management
Caretaking
Security
Health & Safety
Please note, these are not exclusive and other duties appropriate to the post may be required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school as directed by the site management team.
